About the role
The POS Driver is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to points of sale within a fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. This role combines vehicle operation, customer interaction, and administrative duties to support the supply chain and maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Administer delivery paperwork, record keeping and report faults to the manager.
- Achieve daily and weekly delivery targets while maintaining vehicle condition.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to coordinate deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
- Provide excellent customer/client service and address any issues promptly.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in an FMCG environment.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 education.
- Ability to work 0‑5 years of experience range.
