Podcast Producer

About the role

The Podcast Producer will drive the end‑to‑end production of long‑form video podcast episodes. Working closely with the content team, you will source guests, manage logistics, and ensure each episode is recorded and published to a high professional standard.

Key responsibilities

• Research, identify and build a pipeline of suitable podcast guests.
• Manage outreach, scheduling, and communication with guests.
• Prepare episode notes, questions and talking points.
• Record 1‑2 video podcast episodes per week, ensuring clear audio/video quality for YouTube and the company website.
• Upload long‑form episodes with optimized titles, descriptions and show notes.
• Organise raw recordings, edited files and supporting content.
• Track outreach, bookings, recordings, edits and publication status.
• Suggest new guests, topics and podcast angles.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Experience in podcast production, guest outreach or event coordination.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional communication style.
• Organised, reliable and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable speaking with guests and representing the brand.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Riverside, Zoom or StreamYard (or similar video‑recording tools).
• Experience publishing video content on YouTube.
