Picker & Packer – Permanent Warehouse Role in Pretoria

About the role

Health Aid Trust is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join its warehouse team in Pretoria as Pickers and Packers. This is a permanent, full‑time position that involves handling customer orders from picking through to dispatch in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately, ensuring each item matches the order specifications.
• Label and prepare stock for dispatch, following the company’s packaging standards.
• Assist with receiving and sorting incoming inventory to keep stock levels up to date.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse to support safe operations.
• Ensure orders are completed within required timelines to meet delivery commitments.
• Support daily warehouse and logistics operations as needed.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 47 years.
• Grade 10 or Grade 12 qualification (advantageous).
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock and packaging duties.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, retail, or packing experience is advantageous.
