About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Pharmacy Sales Assistant to support the smooth operation of our in‑store retail pharmacy. You will greet customers, maintain a safe shopping environment, and help shoppers find the right products for their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers entering the pharmacy.
• Monitor customer activity to deter shoplifting and ensure store security.
• Arrange and maintain visual product displays.
• Process customer refunds and handle cash transactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pharmacy products.
• Maintain tidy shelves and ensure stock levels are adequate.
