Pharmacy Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Medirite Kuruman. In this role you will lead the pharmacy team and ensure seamless, efficient operation of the pharmacy.
Key responsibilities
- Individual dispensing
- Pharmacy administration
- Housekeeping and stock control
- Customer service and sales
- Compliance and marketing campaigns
- Operational work planning and staff scheduling
- Operational performance monitoring
- People and capacity management / resourcing
- Manage cross‑functional relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager and cash office
- Resolve escalated operational issues
- Budget management
- Develop and tutor staff, interns and assistants
- Motivate and discipline the team
Required profile
- Proven ability to lead and develop a pharmacy team
- Experience ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace
