About the role
Medirite Somerset West is seeking a qualified Pharmacist Assistant (Post‑Basic) to join its pharmacy team immediately. The successful candidate will work closely with the pharmacist and other staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations and will support dispensing medication and handling a range of pharmacy‑related administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist with dispensing medication under supervision.
- Maintain stock control and manage inventory levels.
- Perform general pharmacy administration duties.
- Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping of the pharmacy area.
- Provide front‑shop service to customers.
Required profile
- Qualified Pharmacist Assistant (Post‑Basic) certification.
- Ready to start immediately.
