Permanent Part‑Time Retail Associate – Fourways

About the role

Join adidas as a permanent part‑time retail associate in Fourways, supporting daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service. You will help maintain store standards, assist with product flow, and contribute to a vibrant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit and checks.
• Assist with product ticketing, stockroom to sales‑floor flow, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
• Support loss‑prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor and reporting suspicious activity.
• Participate in in‑store or digital training (Atticus/AREA) to build product knowledge.
• Utilise Power BI tools to understand store performance and product trends.

Required profile

• Passion for retail and customer service.
• Clear, upbeat communication and the ability to work flexibly across evenings and weekends.
• Matric certificate; 0‑1 years of retail experience (fashion retail experience is a plus).
• Enthusiasm for fashion and the confidence to style customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI for performance analytics.
