Performance Video Editor

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Video Editor to join our in‑house editing team. You will transform cinematic footage captured by our videographers into polished short‑form ads and social creatives for leading cosmetic dental practices in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) into high‑performing ads and social creatives.
• Collaborate closely with the creative strategist, media buyer and content team to align on campaign goals and incorporate feedback.
• Use performance data such as watch time, hook testing and drop‑off points to refine future edits.
• Provide creative input during post‑production to improve results.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining consistency, speed and attention to detail.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years of experience editing short‑form video content for social platforms.
• Strong storytelling sense with an eye for pacing, structure and a high‑end aesthetic.
• Ability to follow briefs, meet deadlines and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with the dental or healthcare sector is a plus.
