About the role
The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government is looking for a Performance Practitioner to deliver performance consulting services and operational support. The role focuses on performance monitoring, reporting and advisory activities that enhance accountability and inform decision‑making across the department.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct performance monitoring of departmental programmes and initiatives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports for senior management.
- Provide advisory support to improve accountability and decision‑making processes.
- Assist in the development of performance indicators and measurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving organisational performance.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
