Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The company is a multi‑brand property development and hospitality group seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own its digital lead‑generation engine. You will be responsible for driving paid acquisition across a premium residential and boutique aparthotel portfolio while ensuring precise tracking and data attribution.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
• Manage daily bid adjustments, budget pacing and audience targeting to achieve target CPA.
• Set up and maintain attribution infrastructure: GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels and server‑side Conversions API.
• Integrate leads from ad platforms into the core CRM using automation tools and webhooks.
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Oversee SEO health, on‑page performance and keyword strategy.
• Build and segment audience databases for nurture and lifecycle campaigns.
• Produce data‑driven dashboards and weekly reports on lead volume, pipeline health and ROAS.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep spend efficient.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance, growth or technical media buying.
• Proven experience managing significant monthly ad spend on Google and Meta platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ROI and data accuracy.
