About the role
We are seeking an experienced, detail‑oriented Payroll & Admin Supervisor to take full ownership of the end‑to‑end payroll function for our client employees. The role is hybrid, based in Fourways, Johannesburg, and requires strict compliance with South African tax and labour legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and execute accurate monthly payroll processing from start to finish.
- Compile and manage statutory filings such as EMP201, EMP501, IRP5, PAYE and court‑ordered deductions.
- Respond to client management and staff payroll queries, ensuring resolution within a 24‑hour turnaround.
- Monitor payroll variances, maintain meticulous records and provide administrative support to the Director.
Required profile
- Matric and a relevant diploma or certificate.
- In‑depth knowledge of South African payroll tax laws and HR compliance.
- Strong time‑management, high‑speed accurate typing and problem‑solving abilities.
