Payroll Supervisor – Cape Town

About the role

Network Finance is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join its Cape Town team. This permanent position offers the chance to work on both local and global payroll processes within a leading healthcare services organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and meet all deadlines.
• Support the International Payroll Manager with timely submissions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with South African payroll legislation (PAYE, UIF, SDL).
• Prepare and submit statutory returns such as EMP201 and EMP501.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and employee information.
• Provide payroll data and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Capture and process payroll data using the relevant payroll system.
• Assist with global payroll activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of payroll experience.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Payroll, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field (advantageous).
• Proven experience in payroll processing and use of payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of South African payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
