Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth operation of the kitchen, ensuring all guest dining experiences meet the highest standards.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maximise guest satisfaction and respond promptly to enquiries and issues.
• Execute assigned duties and tasks in a timely, professional manner, adhering to departmental plans and hotel initiatives.
• Control costs and inventory, maintain productivity, and achieve performance targets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships while promoting the company’s culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and internal audit requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong culinary background with a focus on pastry preparation.
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and ownership of assigned duties.
• Personal integrity and ability to thrive in a demanding, excellence‑driven setting.
