Part‑Time Samtrac Trainer – SafetyCloud, Lephalale

About the role

The SafetyCloud Part‑Time Samtrac Trainer will deliver Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training in Lephalale, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local legislation. The role involves preparing training materials, facilitating sessions, and assessing learner performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and prepare training sessions, develop materials and verify equipment functionality.
• Deliver training that accounts for learners' knowledge, language, cultural and socio‑economic factors.
• Facilitate training in line with SAQA, SETA, NOSA and QCTO requirements and internal Quality Management Systems.
• Conduct assessments and moderation according to SETA/NOSA codes of conduct.
• Provide confidential, structured feedback and compile Portfolios of Evidence (PoE) as required.
• Promote NOSA offerings, engage with clients and identify business opportunities during sessions.
• Maintain valid Assessor and Moderator registrations with relevant SETAs and submit proof to the Training Manager.
• Ensure full compliance with the NOSA Quality Management System and participate in ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Valid Assessor and Moderator registrations with the appropriate SETAs.
• Strong knowledge of SHE legislation, SAQA, SETA, NOSA and QCTO standards.
• Ability to adapt training delivery to diverse learner backgrounds.
• Commitment to continuous professional development in SHE and training best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in preparing and delivering training materials.
• Experience with assessment, moderation and portfolio compilation.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and compliance reporting.
