Part‑time Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

This part‑time Registered Nurse position is based at Mosman Park Care Centre in Western Australia. The role comprises 34.10 hours per fortnight across a rotating two‑week roster, providing essential clinical care to aged‑care residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments and reviews of residents.
• Safely administer medications and manage falls prevention strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation and support care‑plan development.
• Supervise daily delivery of care plans and mentor care staff.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and aged‑care standards.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Evidence of up‑to‑date flu vaccination per Amana Living policy.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (valid for 6 months) and NDIS clearance.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment medical and reference checks.
• Passion for supporting older people and strong interpersonal communication.
