About the role
We are seeking a qualified Business Management Lecturer to join the Digital School of Marketing on a part‑time contract. The role involves delivering engaging online Business Management modules to undergraduate students and supporting their academic progress.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and learning across Business Management modules.
- Facilitate online lectures and provide ongoing student support.
- Develop, administer and mark assessments.
- Internally moderate assessments in line with institutional policies and quality‑assurance standards.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain accurate academic records and meet institutional deadlines.
- Contribute to quality‑assurance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- BCom in Business Management or a closely related discipline.
- Strong academic knowledge and/or relevant industry experience in Business Management.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to work independently and meet deadlines.
