Parts Sales Executive

About the role

Morgan Motor Group is looking for motivated, results-driven and customer-focused Parts Sales Executives to join its team in Bethlehem. The role suits someone with proven parts sales experience who can grow parts sales and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Drive parts sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop new business and grow the existing customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, panel beaters, fleet customers and retail clients.
• Quote accurately, source and supply the correct parts to customers.
• Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders and potential sales opportunities.
• Make proactive sales calls and customer visits to generate additional business.
• Manage customer enquiries, orders, returns and backorders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records, quotations and customer information.
• Work closely with the parts department and workshop to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and market share across all represented brands.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of parts sales experience (non-negotiable).
• Valid driver's licence.
• Proven track record in parts sales and achieving sales targets.
• Good product knowledge and the ability to identify and source the correct vehicle parts.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Willingness and availability to work weekends.
