Parts Manager – Automotive After‑sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our automotive parts department, supporting brands such as Nissan, Renault, Suzuki, Mahindra, Ford, Mazda and Honda. Based in Pretoria, the role oversees the full after‑sales parts operation, ensuring the right components are available to keep service bays running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the parts team, coordinating daily activities and performance.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels for a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories across multiple brands.
• Process orders, manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing to secure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock movements, conduct regular audits and implement corrective actions to minimise discrepancies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to fulfil parts requests promptly.
• Prepare reports on inventory turnover, sales performance and cost control.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in an after‑sales division with supervisory responsibilities.
• Broad knowledge of automotive parts and accessories for the listed brands.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
