About the role
Senwes Equipment is seeking a Parts and Workshop Administrator to provide efficient administrative support to the workshop and parts departments, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day branch operations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer job cards and support technicians throughout the workshop.
- Receive, capture and record parts deliveries and manage stock administration.
- Handle financial and cash administration, including invoicing and cash handling.
- Maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding documentation and respond to queries.
- Provide general branch administration and support workshop and parts management.
Required profile
- National Senior Certificate.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a workshop, parts, stock or agricultural environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time‑management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities, able to work under pressure with technicians, customers, suppliers and branch staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP (advantageous).
