Partnerships Lead – UK & US Markets

About the role

We are expanding our international partnerships team and need a dynamic Partnerships Lead to drive growth across the UK and US markets. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will identify senior decision‑makers, generate qualified opportunities and build a robust pipeline of future business.

Key responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities across the UK and US markets.
• Prospect through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and social selling.
• Build relationships with directors, heads of department and C‑suite executives.
• Book high‑quality meetings that convert into commercial opportunities.
• Research target companies and identify key decision‑makers.
• Nurture prospects through longer B2B sales cycles.
• Manage your own outbound pipeline and CRM activity.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders to drive growth.
• Become a trusted voice and brand ambassador within your market.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Partnerships or a similar outbound sales role.
• Proven success in cold calling and securing meetings.
• Experience using LinkedIn as a sales and prospecting tool.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience managing CRM pipelines and outbound activity.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior decision‑makers and executives.
• Experience within BPO, outsourcing, CX, contact centre or professional services environments is advantageous.
