Part-Time Sales Consultant – Retail

About the role
iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking a part‑time Sales Consultant to work primarily on weekends at its Menlyn Mall location. You will help customers experience the latest Apple technology, understand their needs, and deliver complete solutions that create memorable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise sales opportunities by actively engaging shoppers.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations of Apple products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects iStore’s brand standards.
Required profile
- Completed Matric / Senior Certificate.
- Some sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Passion for Apple products; prior Apple product knowledge is an advantage.
