Part-Time Sales Consultant – Retail (Apple Products)

About the role
iStore, Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, is seeking enthusiastic, tech‑savvy individuals to join the Brooklyn Mall store as part‑time Sales Consultants. You will help customers experience the latest Apple technology while delivering exceptional service in a flexible, 138‑hour‑per‑month schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers proactively, understand their needs and present complete Apple solutions.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations of Apple devices and services.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new releases.
- Support Apple authorised repairs, business, education, and training services.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum Matric certificate.
- Some sales experience, preferably in retail.
- Passion for Apple products and technology.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
