Part-time Registered Nurse – Aged Care

About the role

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join the St Georges Care Centre in Bayswater on a fixed-term basis. The role involves working night shifts (22:00-07:15) across three consecutive days each fortnight, providing clinical leadership and direct care to aged-care residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and review resident care plans.
• Safely administer medications and manage falls prevention strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation and support care planning.
• Supervise daily delivery of care plans and mentor care staff.
• Promote occupational health and safety in line with aged-care standards.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Up-to-date flu vaccination as per Amana Living policy.
• Ability to obtain a valid National Police Clearance and NDIS clearance.
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks.
• Willingness to attend a two-day paid induction at the Rivervale Training Institute.
