Paralegal & Operations Associate (Remote, AI‑Focused)

About the role

We are looking for an agile, tech‑forward Paralegal & Operations Associate to own corporate governance, multi‑entity compliance, and document management. The role is fully remote and suited to candidates who thrive in fast‑moving, unstructured environments and can build robust legal operations from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end compliance for multiple corporate entities across jurisdictions, including filings and annual renewals.
• Coordinate board and shareholder meetings, draft agendas, track quorum, and produce precise corporate minutes.
• Maintain corporate records such as cap tables, operating agreements, stock certificates, and organizational charts.
• Perform AI‑assisted contract reviews, syntax checks, and data extraction for inbound agreements using Claude or similar LLMs.
• Build and maintain a searchable digital data room and contract management system.
• Automate workflows by summarizing legal documents, generating draft resolutions, and creating compliance checklists with AI tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years as a corporate paralegal, legal operations associate, or corporate secretary, preferably in a fast‑growing startup or law firm.
• Proven ability to create processes in early‑stage, high‑velocity environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with zero‑defect execution of legal documentation.

Required skills

• Advanced daily use of Claude or comparable large language models for legal workflows.
• Proficiency in AI prompting to ingest, analyze, and format legal data accurately.
• Experience with contract management systems and digital document repositories.
