Paid Media Specialist – Junior to Mid Level

About the role

Flux Full Circle is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage monthly advertising budgets and drive ROI for luxury travel clients. You will operate across Meta, Google Ads and LinkedIn, applying sophisticated strategies and AI‑enhanced optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design performance‑driven media strategies.
• Manage platform budgets, set up and optimise campaigns, and align paid initiatives with organic efforts.
• Conduct audience segmentation, A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy and landing pages.
• Monitor algorithm changes, platform updates and AI‑based bidding techniques.
• Produce ad‑hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 3+ years of proven performance‑marketing, paid‑media or analytics experience (travel industry a plus).
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads and Meta Blueprint are advantageous.
