Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own the search engine results pages and scale performance marketing for top e‑commerce brands. The role combines paid‑media campaign management with organic search strategy to drive revenue growth across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and manage third‑party networks.
• Build and refine audience segments, custom lists and retargeting pools to reduce customer acquisition cost.
• Allocate and adjust daily, weekly and monthly budgets in real time to maximise ROAS.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to test ad creative, copy and landing‑page variations.
• Conduct keyword research, technical SEO audits and on‑page optimisation for product and category pages.
• Align paid‑search insights with SEO data to dominate SERPs and eliminate redundant spend.
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking, custom events and pixels using GTM, GA4 and platform tools.
• Analyse KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, organic growth) and present data‑driven recommendations to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel paid media and SEO, preferably in D2C or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of meeting ROAS and CAC targets while managing marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into scalable campaigns.
