Outside Sales Representative (International)

About the role

This remote position is based in South Africa and focuses on building relationships with businesses worldwide to address critical technology challenges. You will guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, promoting solutions such as managed services, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, connectivity, and communication tools.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting, including cold calls and lead qualification.
• Set and confirm at least three qualified appointments per week.
• Participate in an inside‑sales training program and collaborate with experienced sales colleagues.
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their technology needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Present value propositions, negotiate terms, and close B2B sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong, consultative relationships with customers to drive long‑term satisfaction.
• Track performance against sales KPIs and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or solution‑based services.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working toward ambitious sales targets.
• Strong adaptability and quick decision‑making abilities.
