Outbound Sales Representative – Remote

About the role

Join Recruitment Revenue’s fast‑growing outbound sales team and generate qualified meetings for recruitment agencies across the UK. This fully remote position focuses on high‑volume prospecting, cold calling and relationship building with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new businesses via outbound cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach.
• Book qualified sales meetings for client recruitment agencies.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM records daily.
• Qualify prospects against defined criteria and produce detailed meeting notes.
• Achieve daily outbound activity targets and contribute to team performance.
• Collaborate with your manager to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as an SDR, BDR, appointment setter or outbound lead generator.
• Proven track record selling into the UK market.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Reliable laptop, quality headset and stable internet connection.

Required skills

• Cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• LinkedIn and email outreach techniques.
• CRM usage for pipeline management.
