Outbound Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to build and scale the outbound sales function at One Thing Marketing. The role is fully remote and operates on U.S. business hours. You will own the end‑to‑end prospecting process, from list building to booking qualified meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers within target companies and build prospecting lists using sales tools and research methods.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for the closing team and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings, ensure strong attendance through follow‑up, and qualify prospects before hand‑off.
• Develop and refine objection‑handling techniques, navigate gatekeepers and communicate the company’s value proposition.
• Keep CRM records accurate, log call notes, update lead statuses and track pipeline progression.
• Report daily and weekly outreach activity, meetings booked and pipeline performance, and take ownership of personal targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting outbound sales targets.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong communication skills and comfort handling objections.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining data quality.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems for tracking leads and activities.
