Outbound Sales Consultant – Insurance (Pretoria East)

About the role

The insurance team at Dante Group is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to focus on cold‑calling homeowners, handling warm transfers and matching clients with the right protection. This full‑time position is based in Pretoria East and offers a base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold‑calls to homeowners to generate new insurance leads.
• Receive and manage warm transfers, guiding prospects through product options.
• Match customers with appropriate insurance protection based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Matric RE5 with a FAIS qualification (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management).
• Understanding of the class of business for the insurance products sold.
• Continuous professional development (CPD) hours maintained once competent.
• Clear criminal, credit (ITC) and FAIS debarment record.
• Minimum 2 years experience in cold‑calling, outbound telesales or contact‑centre sales within insurance or financial services.
