Outbound Sales Agent – Funeral Cover

About the role

Join Rewardsco Sales as an Outbound Sales Agent focused on Funeral Cover. You will work from our Umhlanga office, selling insurance solutions to South African clients while enjoying a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and sell Funeral Cover policies to new and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Complete the training programme to become a sales expert.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.

Required profile

• Matriculation (Matric) is essential.
• At least 6 months of outbound telesales experience.
• Experience selling Funeral Cover, Accidental Death Cover, Life Cover or Legal Insurance.
• Proven outbound sales track record.
• Clear criminal record and strong communication skills.
