Outbound Manager

About the role

The Outbound Manager will lead the outbound operations of CNH's central warehouse in Isando, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and compliance with safety and quality standards. This full‑time, on‑site role reports directly to senior logistics leadership and collaborates with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily outbound activities, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections of the outbound department to ensure compliance with policies, legislation, health & safety, and ISO requirements.
• Manage industrial relations and provide HR support for all outbound staff.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial performance of the outbound function, including budgeting and cost control.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in inventory or stores control.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial warehouse role.
• Matric (NQF level 4) or higher; diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or Logistics preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
