Outbound Manager

About the role

The Outbound Manager will lead the outbound operations of CNH Industrial's central Isando warehouse in South Africa. This role ensures smooth daily dispatch processes, compliance with safety and quality standards, and strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily outbound activities, identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
• Maintain adherence to Health & Safety and ISO requirements.
• Provide industrial relations and HR support for outbound staff.
• Manage customer relationships for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee financial aspects of the outbound department, ensuring budgetary control.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in inventory or stores control.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial warehouse role.
• Matric (NQF level 4) with numeracy and literacy.
• Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Logistics Management is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
