About the role

We are a boutique tattoo studio seeking a full‑time outbound specialist to independently source leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule tattoo appointments. You will work closely with the shop’s team to turn prospects into booked sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Scrape targeted leads from approved online sources and build organized lists.
• Execute cold‑calling campaigns using the provided sales script.
• Qualify prospects, identify tattoo opportunities, and update all interactions in the CRM.
• Book qualified appointments directly into the shop’s schedule.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in GoHighLevel.
