Outbound Cold Caller (Remote)

About the role

Wing Assistant is seeking a motivated Outbound Cold Caller to drive prospecting efforts and generate qualified meetings for our sales team. This remote position is ideal for candidates who thrive on high‑volume outreach and enjoy turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Identify, qualify, and research decision‑makers within target accounts.
• Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns, including cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and SMS.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and meet or exceed outreach quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Experiment with creative prospecting techniques and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in cold calling, SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales.
• Comfortable making 50‑100+ calls per day and handling rejection.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and research skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Hunter mentality with a competitive drive to meet targets.
