Outbound Cold Caller

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Outbound Cold Caller to join Wing Assistant’s sales team. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings and sales opportunities through high‑volume prospecting across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑100+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify decision‑makers and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns including LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and SMS.
• Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and meet or exceed outreach quotas.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in cold calling, SDR, lead generation or outbound sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion and resilience to handle rejection.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
