Outbound BDR – Cold Caller/Appointment Setter

About the role

As an Outbound Business Development Representative at AMZ AllStars, you will drive the company’s expansion into the real‑estate hiring market. You will identify and engage U.S. real‑estate brokerages and agencies that are hiring, using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified discovery calls for the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Research and build a pipeline of U.S. real‑estate brokerages, teams, and agencies actively hiring.
• Identify decision‑makers (brokers, team leads, operations managers, founders) using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Realtor.com, Zillow and other tools.
• Execute 50‑80 outbound calls and 40‑60 emails daily, following multi‑touch sequences.
• Use missed calls strategically to generate callbacks; avoid default voicemails.
• Qualify prospects with open‑ended questions to uncover hiring needs and readiness.
• Book qualified discovery calls directly on the CEO’s calendar and send reminder follow‑ups.
• Log all activity, notes, and pipeline updates in the CRM.

Required profile

• Driven, persistent, and results‑oriented with a strong appetite for high‑volume outreach.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional written skills.
• Ability to quickly assess prospect fit and move leads through the funnel.
