Outbound Appointment Setter (Solar)

About the role

Our client is looking for an energetic Outbound Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in solar solutions. Working remotely, you will make high‑volume calls, introduce AI‑powered solar assessment tools and schedule qualified appointments for the sales closing team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to residential homeowners using provided lead lists.
• Follow a scripted process to present free solar assessment tools and AI‑driven scanning technology.
• Handle objections, secure commitments and book appointments with the sales team.
• Confirm appointment details with prospects and ensure attendance.
• Record outreach activity, prospect status and bookings in the dialer platform.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture the pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales closing team for smooth hand‑offs.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment‑setting targets and earn performance‑based commissions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in appointment setting or outbound sales calling.
• Strong phone communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience in the solar or renewable‑energy industry is preferred.
• Comfortable making high‑volume calls throughout the day.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
• Availability to work full‑time Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑5 pm Pacific Time.

Required skills

• Use of dialer platforms for call tracking.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
