Outbound Appointment Setter – Remote

About the role

We are building a high‑performance outbound appointment‑setting team to connect qualified U.S. prospects with licensed financial advisors. As a remote Appointment Setter, you will initiate conversations, overcome objections, and secure free appointments that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Make 600–800 outbound calls daily using a power‑dialer.
• Engage qualified prospects across the United States and follow a proven script.
• Build rapport quickly, explain the value of a free financial‑advisor appointment, and schedule it on the advisor’s calendar.
• Confirm appointment details and set clear expectations with each prospect.
• Achieve an average of 40–60 kept appointments per month.
• Participate in coaching, call reviews, and ongoing performance training.
• Maintain consistent attendance, professionalism, and documentation accuracy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in outbound appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, or a high‑volume call‑center environment.
• Excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Ability to stay positive after rejection and follow a script naturally.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate CRM documentation.
• Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time consistently from a distraction‑free remote workspace.
