Operations Specialist – SCA Surveillance & Analysis

About the role

The Operations Specialist for SCA Surveillance & Analysis is responsible for the technical analysis and timely resolution of network and service incidents at an advanced specialist level. The role also involves generating performance statistics, reporting, and supporting a range of network domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve network and service incidents across transmission, non‑voice, switching, access, satellite and IP networks.
• Generate and compile incident reports, statistics and performance dashboards.
• Monitor network availability, initiate corrective actions and coordinate with group and business‑unit teams.
• Lead ad‑hoc projects: research, planning, execution and documentation of solutions.
• Handle service requests, evaluate and log them, provide training and coaching, and ensure follow‑up.
• Maintain Grade of Service by observing norms, analysing deviations and implementing corrective measures.

Required profile

• Advanced specialist knowledge of network operations and fault‑finding procedures.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to correlate information and propose solutions.
• Experience in coordinating activities across multiple technical domains.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and reports.
