Online English Teacher (Part-Time, Remote)

About the role
Into English, which operates in South Africa and China, is hiring South African-based teachers for one-to-one online reading and speaking lessons with Chinese students of all ages. The work is fully remote and part-time, with lessons scheduled between 05:00 and 15:00 SA time.
Key responsibilities
- Teach one-to-one online reading and speaking lessons to Chinese students of all ages.
- Choose your own lesson slots, with a minimum of 10 lessons per week.
Required profile
- Clear, fluent English.
- TEFL/TESOL qualification or teaching experience.
- Laptop, webcam and headset, plus stable internet and a backup power supply.
What we offer
- Pay of USD 4-7 per 50-minute lesson (about R70-R120), plus monthly bonuses.
- Paid every two weeks via Wise into your SA bank account.
- Free training and materials provided; teachers are never asked to pay anything.
