Online Buying Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Online Buying team. You will gain hands‑on experience in product setup, order management and digital campaign coordination within a fast‑moving fashion retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with online product administration, including setup, order creation, amendments and sample management.
• Collaborate with Marketing on digital campaigns, content creation and photoshoots.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative support to the Online Buying team.
• Research emerging online trends, customer preferences and competitor activity across digital retail platforms.
• Support selection and curation of future online product ranges.
• Analyse online sales data, customer feedback and market trends to inform buying decisions.
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience.

Required profile

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Retail Business Management, E‑commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Keen interest in a career as an Online Buyer or within the e‑commerce retail sector.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical conduct, quality, continuous improvement and entrepreneurial thinking.
