Onboarding Analyst (CR764)

About the role

We are looking for an Onboarding Analyst to support our Onboarding Business Analysts in delivering a seamless first experience for new customers of a web‑app and IT consulting firm serving independent financial advisers. You will ensure onboarding projects are completed accurately and on time while identifying opportunities to improve our processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collate and process data from various external sources, performing data clean‑up and standardisation.
• Analyse large datasets to identify patterns and support timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Ensure successful hand‑over and ongoing success of new clients.
• Identify product refinement opportunities to continuously enhance the customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within South African financial services.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Data analysis, cleaning and standardisation.
• Handling large datasets and pattern identification.
• Proficiency with online software tools.
