Office Services Lead

About the role

Boston Scientific is seeking an experienced Office Services Lead to create a safe, efficient and engaging workplace in South Africa. You will partner with local leadership and regional teams to manage facilities, support business operations and enhance the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day office and facilities operations, including vendors, reception and office services.
• Support real‑estate activities such as lease management, renewals and office planning.
• Drive workplace improvements that boost employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Manage facility budgets and assist with capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Act as the local point of contact for EHS and workplace‑related topics.
• Support IAS (Institute for Advancing Sciences) events and logistics in South Africa.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across EMEA and other regions.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in office or facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets and projects.
• Highly organized, independent and proactive.
• Comfortable working with international teams; EMEA exposure is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
