About the role

We are seeking a proactive Office Cleaner to join our internal, in‑house operations team. The role is ideal for a self‑directed individual who takes pride in maintaining a world‑class, spotless office environment. You will be the essential backbone of daily office standards, supporting staff and visitors alike.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily sanitation checklists across common areas, desks, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
• Manage periodic deep‑cleaning tasks, glass and surface polishing, and restocking of sanitation supplies.
• Assist with setup, tidying, and post‑event cleanup for workshops and client meetings.
• Monitor and report inventory of cleaning supplies, detergents, and paper products.
• Use a mobile application to receive, update, and close daily facility maintenance tickets.

Required profile

• Organised and highly proactive in keeping common areas, restrooms, and office spaces pristine.
• Comfortable following structured cleaning processes to meet hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage time so high‑traffic areas are cleaned before peak hours.
• Reliable and trustworthy when working around office equipment and sensitive materials.
• Strong basic communication to coordinate with office management regarding supplies and maintenance needs.
