About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Office Assistant to support executive operations and internal coordination for a client based in Stellenbosch. The role blends physical presence in the office with virtual administrative support, ensuring smooth workflow across multiple projects and divisions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, supporting documentation and handle correspondence.
- Maintain organized documentation, filing systems and office supplies.
- Manage shared digital workspaces, create presentations, reports and business documents.
- Assist with proposal preparation, project trackers and logistics for strategic sessions.
- Conduct light market and industry research to support internal discussions.
Required profile
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfortable working both on‑site and remotely in a hybrid setting.
