Nursing Practitioner – Clinic Management

About the role

Clicks Rondebosch is seeking a qualified Nursing Practitioner to lead and grow a commercially viable clinic. You will deliver a broad range of health services while ensuring compliance with South African Nursing Council regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote clinic services to Clicks customers and build a loyal client base.
• Provide lifestyle screening, well‑baby clinics, immunisations, reproductive health, minor ailments, wound care and phlebotomy.
• Counsel patients on health, weight management and refer to pharmacists or other professionals as needed.
• Maintain secure, confidential electronic patient records and ensure payment collection.
• Oversee clinic administration, locum bookings, financial and stock reporting.
• Manage stock, monitor the cold chain and implement safety precautions for medical supplies.
• Develop professional networks and coordinate health‑day events and ad‑hoc projects.
• Handle adverse events and emergencies professionally.

Required profile

• Registered Nursing Practitioner with the South African Nursing Council.
• Minimum three years of practical experience in community health, primary health or midwifery.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, integrity and ability to work independently.
• Customer‑service orientation and proactive attitude.
