Key responsibilities

• Draft and review tax opinions, submissions and legal arguments.
• Engage with SARS on audits, verifications, objections and appeals.
• Work on complex advisory and structuring matters, interpreting tax legislation for commercial scenarios.
• Collaborate with tax specialists, accountants and senior advisors.
• Prepare and review legal documentation related to intricate tax issues.
• Interact with regulatory authorities as required and stay updated on legislative developments.
