About the role
Darling Romery is seeking a New Product Development Manager to join its Quality team. The role focuses on managing and innovating dairy and beverage products while ensuring quality and food safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage current recipes and improve existing products.
- Develop new products from concept to launch.
- Oversee product labeling and artwork.
- Support the team in maintaining quality and food safety.
Required profile
- BSc degree or diploma relevant to the food industry (e.g., Food Science, Food Technology, Consumer Science).
- Excellent planning, organizing and management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive approach to duties and cost‑aware mindset.
