New Business Consultant – Sales & Business Development

About the role

The New Business Consultant will drive growth for Mindworx Consulting by generating high‑quality sales opportunities and converting them into profitable client relationships. The role also contributes insights to refine the company’s value proposition within the private healthcare IT market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across the assigned territory.
• Identify and secure new clients, creating fresh business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve defined sales targets.
• Schedule, conduct, and manage sales appointments and product demonstrations.
• Present and position the company’s value proposition authoritatively.
• Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors and industry partners.
• Accurately update all relevant systems and complete administrative reporting tasks.
• Provide feedback based on field experience to help shape the value proposition.
• Travel daily using a personal vehicle throughout the territory.

Required profile

• National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience in the private healthcare information‑technology sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and pricing structures.
• Excellent industry knowledge, particularly around specialist healthcare solutions.
• Disciplined approach to pipeline building and deal closure.
• Proficiency in English and at least one additional official language.
